Northeast Remote Pharmacy Technician
About The Position
VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is looking for a compassionate, customer service-oriented Pharmacy Technician to work remotely full time in our VytlOne managed pharmacy at our 340B and Specialty Pharmacies in Vermont and New Hampshire. This candidate MUST be based out of Vermont or New Hampshire. Travel expenses would be reimbursed if travel were required. The estimated pay for this position is $29-31/ hr depending on experience.
Requirements
- Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT and NH and obtain any out of state license as required to address business needs.
- Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (Maxor will assist)
- A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service
- Computer experience mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Support remote order entry, prior authorizations, answering the phone remotely for stores, and other regional assigned tasks.
- Input customer information into the computer system
- Occasional driving to an in state pharmacy if onsite support is needed for an inventory, audit, or new process.
