About The Position
As the Northeast Kitchen Operations Lead, you will ensure that every Anduril location from Massachusetts to the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) region delivers attentive, friendly, and efficient service, embodying our commitment to excellence. In this role, you will direct and organize our Food and Beverage program, maintaining a consistently high standard of service while implementing food safety protocols, managing multiple vendors, and optimizing processes. You’ll cultivate a positive work environment that thrives on innovation and teamwork. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable leader who can navigate the fast-paced landscape of a rocketship startup.
