Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age at time of start
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a passion for customer service and providing the best experience for residents

Responsibilities

• Take great care of resident accommodations and shared spaces
• Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and filled
• Keep equipment maintained
• Provide excellent Customer Service to residents
• Perform other duties as assigned
