The Support Technician – North Region (Stuart Area) serves as a key support role across multiple connected branches within the region. This technician is there to step in and support the entire team—assisting Service Managers, technicians, and branch operations as needed. They play a critical role in ensuring callbacks and customer needs are handled promptly, while helping maintain smooth daily operations across all locations. When not handling callbacks, the Support Technician will conduct ride-along with team members to provide coaching, support, and ensure service quality and consistency. This role is designed to strengthen daily operations by offering hands-on support where it is needed most. This position requires knowledge across general pest control, termites, and related services, and plays an important role in maintaining service standards and supporting both technicians and customers across all assigned locations.
