About The Position
The substitute teacher is in charge of the classroom in the absence of the regular/provisional teacher and is responsible for the delivery of the instructional program as well as to maintain the care, welfare, safety and security of students in the classroom. Substitute placement is on an on-call, as needed basis as dictated by the daily needs of our district. Be advised, there is no guarantee of placement on any given day and no ongoing expectation of placement.
