About The Position
The North Pointe Junior Attendant position is designed for individuals aged 14 to 15, focusing on the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the North Pointe Aquatic Center. The role involves enforcing rules, maintaining a clean environment, and providing quality customer service. The Junior Attendant will report directly to the Aquatic Specialist, Head Lifeguard, Pool Manager, or Concession Manager, and will be responsible for various tasks including managing the cleanliness of the concession area, acting as a birthday party attendant, and ensuring the safe usage of the lazy river. The position requires attendance at New Employee Orientation and mid-summer training, as well as timely reporting of hazardous areas and repairs to supervisors. A professional appearance and attitude are essential, along with a commitment to the Parks and Recreation policies and mission statement.
