Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must speak Spanish fluently and at least basic English communication.
  • Ability to use computer's keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse.
  • Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills for constant interaction with customers in person or by phone.
  • Passion to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, advise about rates, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to gather key information to find solutions for customers.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of cash transactions.
  • Team player, collaborator, and service oriented.
  • Shows accountability and care to avoid errors and to manage the company and customers assets always.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key representative of the organization to external clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through daily interactions with clients.
  • Proactively enhance the company acceptance and branding in the market.
  • Apply best practices and processes during transactions and services provided.
  • Analyze customer needs, advise about rates, and make recommendations.
  • Gather key information to find solutions for customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Manage large amounts of cash transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Apply current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
