Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience (landscaping or related industry preferred).
A strong motivator who can build, coach & inspire teams to succeed.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts & drive profitability.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making & organizational skills.
A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in project management, budgeting & sales planning.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Aspire Software (a plus but not required).

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor & inspire a high-performing team of sales, operations, and administrative professionals.
Drive business growth by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities & closing deals.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-tier service.
Manage financial performance, budgets & profitability to meet company goals.
Serve as the face of Bemus, maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Ensure compliance with health, safety & company regulations at all times.
