About The Position

At Bigfoot Beverages, we show up early, work hard, and take care of our customers better than anyone else. We’re looking for an Area Manager who can lead from the front, build a strong team, and own what happens in their territory every single day. This role sits at the center of our operation—connecting sales, delivery, and merchandising into one team that executes at a high level. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the market, working alongside your team, solving problems in real time, and making sure execution is right where it matters most—on the floor. If you’re someone who takes pride in leading people, holding the standard, and getting results—you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in sales, merchandising, delivery, or CPG environments
  • A strong ability to coach, develop, and hold people accountable
  • Experience managing field execution and territory-based operations
  • A mindset built on ownership, urgency, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Schedule varies based on business needs (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
  • You’ll split time between the field, warehouse, and office
  • Expect to be out in the market regularly, working alongside your team
  • Occasional travel to locations like Bend, Roseburg, Newport, and Coos Bay

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like VIP, Margin Minder, or Microsoft Office is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Drivers, Merchandisers, and Sales Representatives
  • Be present in the field—route rides, store visits, and real-time coaching
  • Build a team that takes pride in execution, accountability, and doing things the right way
  • Drive strong communication and alignment across your territory
  • Ensure our products show up the right way—full, clean, and visible
  • Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising standards at a high level
  • Support resets, display builds, and key initiatives with sales leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, volume, and overall performance
  • Own daily staffing and scheduling to keep your territory running smoothly
  • Monitor productivity, labor, and service levels
  • Adjust quickly when things change—because they will
  • Be a consistent presence with key accounts
  • Build trust through follow-through and strong communication
  • Step in and solve problems when things don’t go as planned
  • Set expectations and hold your team accountable to them
  • Coach performance, recognize wins, and address gaps directly
  • Partner with the Director of Sales to continuously improve your territory
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices across all field operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and vehicle safety standards

Benefits

  • The opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact
  • A clear path for growth and development
  • A culture that values accountability, teamwork, and pride in the work
