About The Position

The Regional Practice Lead for Hybrid Data Center & AI Factory Infrastructure is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, innovation, and transformation across the NTT DATA Hybrid Data Center (HDC) and AI Factory infrastructure portfolio within North America. This role leads to the development and execution of a regional strategy that integrates modernized infrastructure solutions, Cisco AI PODs, NVIDIA GPU clusters, observability stacks, and AI-ready platforms to deliver scalable, agile, and high-performance environments for clients. This individual will serve as a visionary leader, practice builder, and product owner, aligning with strategic OEM partners (Dell, Cisco, Broadcom, HPE, and hyperscalers) and AI innovators like NVIDIA and AMD to deliver differentiated solutions and services. They will oversee the full lifecycle of the HDC & AI Factory portfolio, drive go-to-market (GTM) execution and ensure alignment with regional business objectives and global strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ industry experience and proven success.
• Deep knowledge of data center technology portfolio for core partners (Dell, Cisco, Broadcom and HPE) and validated experience that enhances credibility and trust.
• Proven expertise in leading the design, implementation and management of Data Center & AI Factory infrastructure solutions for organizations of all sizes, across industries.
• Extensive experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, and IT services.
• Proven track record in launching successful offerings and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing regional teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Strong vendor relationships and industry network, especially with OEMs and AI partners.
• Experience delivering reference deployments and securing lighthouse client case studies.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing regional practice management team with deep technical and market expertise.
• Establish governance, standards, and tools for consistent delivery and performance.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across regional teams and functions.
• Develop and implement enablement plans, training programs, and technical depth initiatives with integration into NTT’s Data & AI practice and Secure Networking practice.
• Partner with regional sales and solution teams to drive pipeline growth and ACV bookings.
• Support strategic deals and mentor teams on cloud, AI, and infrastructure transformation.
• Deliver sales enablement training and ensure alignment on value propositions.
• Drive premium service attach rates and strategic client engagement, targeting 30%+ services attach in all Hybrid Data Center & AI Factory deals.
• Own the regional product/portfolio lifecycle, from market research to launch.
• Collaborate with product management, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure offers are fit-for-purpose and commercially viable.
• Localize product collateral and messaging for the North American market.
• Lead GTM planning, execution, and performance reviews across customer segments.
• Develop and deploy a regional GTM framework and marketing plan with strategic partners, aligned to Land → Expand → Extend plays for strategic business units.
• Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with core OEM partners including Dell, Cisco, Broadcom, HPE, and major hyperscalers.
• Establish and grow partnerships with AI infrastructure leaders such as NVIDIA and AMD, integrating GPU-accelerated platforms and AI frameworks into Hybrid Data Center offerings.
• Own CxO-level relationships with partner executives and secure vendor co-investment over two years.
• Co-develop joint go-to-market strategies, solution roadmaps, and partner-aligned offerings tailored to regional client needs.
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Hybrid Data Center & AI Factory infrastructure solutions that unify on-premises infrastructure with cloud environments.
• Drive solution innovation across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and AI infrastructure platforms.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Consulting teams to develop scalable, repeatable architectures and reference designs.
• Provide oversight and mentorship on complex solutioning efforts, including AI infrastructure, workload optimization, and hybrid cloud integration.
• Champion the development of AI-ready infrastructure solutions that support high-performance computing, data pipelines, and GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Partner with NVIDIA and other AI leaders to integrate AI platforms, such as DGX systems, CUDA, and AI software stacks, into Hybrid Data Center offerings.
• Guide clients in modernizing their infrastructure to support AI/ML workloads, including edge-to-core-to-cloud strategies.
• Ensure solution architectures are optimized for scalability, latency, and data governance in AI environments.
• Ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement and service performance reviews.
• Drive strategic opportunities to deal wins and develop case studies with lighthouse client references in Year 1.
• Conduct regular financial and metric reviews to ensure business objectives are met.
