The Position The Opportunity The North America Payroll Tax Analyst administers the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements. In this role, you will serve as liaison to employees and with third party payroll/time/benefits vendors to ensure payroll/time/benefits processing accurately reflects company specific policies. Primary Responsibilities: Provides support and expertise in the execution of processing for Payroll Tax administration. Interface with employees, stakeholders, leadership, and Centers of Excellence, providing information and analysis, ensuring a high customer service level. Proactively identifies and troubleshoots complex issues to determine root causes and solutions for resolution. Analyze data and identify trends in general business conditions and other related areas. Analyzes end-user feedback to promote continuous improvements and translates the business's needs into appropriate process design solutions. Develops useful training material and trains the user community on new functionalities, processes, and guidelines aligned with BPO. Manage data, system, and process for their area of expertise to ensure its integrity and ability to provide accurate and timely delivery of information and/or transactions. Performs transactions and processes requiring evaluation and interpretation based on accounting and tax expertise. Provide appropriate answers, expert advice, and/or actions for routine and complex issues regarding a wide variety of accounting and tax-related topics. Conducts audits to ensure a high level of data integrity and compliance.
