The North America Market (NAM) Compliance Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enforcing best business practices and compliance with LifeWave’s policies & procedures for the company’s Brand Partner and Customer network. This is done by following and facilitating LifeWave’s internal compliance process. The NAM Compliance Senior Specialist works to ensure that Brand Partners associated with LifeWave adhere to and engage in business practices that are within the company’s guidelines and those set by industry regulatory bodies to resolve any outstanding matters and maintain a compliant company status. The NAM Compliance Senior Specialist will work under the direction of the NAM Compliance Manager and assist in handling compliance matters, including escalated matters and projects. The NAM Compliance Senior Specialist may also be involved with reviewing and enforcing LifeWave policies and procedures, internal and external materials, and facilitating proper compliance communications at an advanced level.
