This position is based in Las Vegas, NV, or Fort Lauderdale, FL, and offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. The Jr. Sales Manager will be responsible for proposing, creating, and implementing strategies to boost sales, while also maintaining strong relationships with distributors. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges faced by distributors and developing creative solutions to overcome them. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable and have research and analytical capabilities to support their initiatives. This position is essential for achieving the sales targets set by the company and ensuring the continued growth of Unicity's sales network.
