About The Position

Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex country, cluster of countries, or business requiring coordination and integration across products and business units. Provides input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business. Senior expert within the NAM Commercial Bank on lending into leverage finance capital structures and financing sponsor transactions Drives innovation on the solutions provided to clients while structuring deals to balance risk and reward. Serves as strategic advisor to clients and the organization Attracts, retains and motivates a team, along with responsibility for managing a budget and meeting team sales goals. Sets business strategy and leads execution of initiatives May also create and implement broader strategy across a segment or multiple geographies

Requirements

  • 15+ years private equity, leverage finance lending and/or commercial banking experience, preferably within roles of increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated success driving business results through effective sales management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams through complex change; a reputation for retaining, attracting and developing talent
  • Proven track record of initiating, executing and growing complex client relationships
  • FINRA Licenses SIE, S24, S63 and S79
  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
  • managerial experience
