About The Position

You will be the one who bridges cutting-edge radar solutions with Civilian and Military Aviation needs. Ready to lead North American sales, amaze clients, and help shape the future of technology? As an NA Account Manager, you will drive B2B and B2G sales in North America. Your specific focus is on the Military & Civilian Aviation segment, where you excel in delivering innovative solutions to clients. You'll be part of our North American Sales & Marketing team, collaborating with vertical segments, guided by our General Manager of North America.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the North American Civilian & Military Aviation arena.
  • Experience with tenders, solution sales, and pipeline management in CRM.
  • A trailblazer who can independently further develop and grow the Civil & Military aviation market.
  • Passion for (radar) technology and supporting customers with complex challenges.
  • Impeccable Communications skills in English: written, verbal and presentation.
  • Must be a US citizen and a security clearance is a plus.
  • Must be resourceful, empathetic, a team player, and passionate about success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts in US and Canada with bird and drone detection radar solutions for military airbases and commercial airports, helping to ensure safety and security.
  • Develop and execute compelling market plans that captivate existing customers and entice new prospects.
  • Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings with Airbase Safety and Security managers.
  • Ignite your creativity as you brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to skyrocket sales, setting new benchmarks in the Aviation industry.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Robin Radar, playing a pivotal role in spreading its influence among potential technology partners and distribution channels.
