About The Position

Join us for our Hiring Event on Friday, February 28, 2025! Store Location: 10250 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Event Time: 11am to 5pm. Hiring Event Instructions: When you arrive at the store, please follow the signs for hiring event location, or ask any Nordstrom employee for direction. You are welcome to bring a copy of your resume, but it is not required. Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. We are currently hiring for positions in Beauty: Counter Manager - La Prairie, Counter Manager - Clé de Peau, Counter Manager - Dr. Barbara Sturm, Beauty Sales - Le Labo.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or beauty sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a managerial role within a retail setting.
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the interview process during the hiring event.
• Engage with customers and provide excellent service in beauty departments.
• Manage beauty counters and sales teams as a Counter Manager.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
