About The Position
As a Noom Mindset Coach (NMC), you will provide personalized, asynchronous coaching to users across Noom’s Healthy Weight programs, including Premium, and Noom Med (GLP-1, Oral, HRT). You’ll serve as a trusted guide, helping individuals build sustainable habits and make meaningful progress toward their health and wellness goals. This is a remote, flexible 1099-contract role ideal for experienced coaches who thrive in a structured-yet-autonomous environment. This role requires comfort with digital tools, a self-starter mindset, and a strong foundation in behavioral health, motivational interviewing, and coaching best practices.
