About The Position

Required Qualifications Specific educational requirements vary by position, but a minimum of at least a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education or a closely related field and 18 graduate hours in mathematics is required. Candidates whose degree is in a closely related field must meet SACS accreditation standards to teach in a mathematics department. Preferred Qualifications A Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education is preferred. Previous teaching experience is also preferred.
