About The Position

Requirements

• For perfusionists: Minimum of five years of professional experience as a perfusionist plus two years of pedagogical methods experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Teach face-to-face courses in the Cardiovascular Perfusion program, with some online courses as needed.
• Participate in student recruitment, selection, guidance, instruction, and evaluation.
• Support the program director in planning, implementation, and evaluation of program outcomes.
• Assist in course development alongside the program director.
• Engage with the community advisory committee and other committees as required.
• Provide direction for advancing the University's strategic priorities of inclusive excellence and student retention.
• Participate in various committee and service activities across program, school, college, and university levels.
