Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2-4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), calendaring, and familiarity with Smartsheet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the operating rhythm playbook.
  • Support program management for business reviews, key meetings, and forums.
  • Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
  • Manage seating assignments at headquarters and ensure functionality of communal workspaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key programs (such as NCG onboarding and Business Continuity) and contribute to project deliverables.
