About The Position

The Spring is hiring a full time Non-Residential Case Manager The Spring is a faith-based service provider, shelter, and advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. We offer a safe home and supportive services that assist survivors and their children on their journey out of abuse. The Non-Residential Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, creating individualized service and safety plans, assisting with applications for essential services, and offering ongoing emotional support and crisis intervention. The position also facilitates support groups, coordinates referrals with community partners, and advocates to reduce service barriers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and stalking dynamics
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
  • Familiarity with social service systems, including housing, healthcare, employment resources, and addiction services
  • Knowledge of victim rights, protective orders, and related legal processes
  • Understanding of OAG standards, reporting requirements, and compliance expectations
  • Knowledge of community resources and referral networks
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with survivors of trauma
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive during crises
  • Ability to work independently while managing a client caseload
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary partners (law enforcement, legal advocates, healthcare providers, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and update service/safety plans accordingly
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
  • Organization and time management, including maintaining accurate documentation
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field preferred
  • One year experience in social services preferred
  • Experience in domestic violence or sexual assault field, volunteer experience, or related experience is suggested
  • Familiarity with Oklahoma laws and systems impacting survivors
  • PRSS certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
  • Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, and empowerment-based advocacy
  • Assist clients with applications and paperwork, including employment, housing, healthcare, victim compensation, protective orders, addiction services, social services, and legal filings
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and needs assessments to create individualized service and safety plans
  • Meet with clients at least monthly to review and update service goals and safety plans
  • Facilitate support and educational groups for non-residential clients
  • Provide information, referrals, and warm hand-offs to community partners and social service agencies
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, legal advocates, healthcare providers, and other professionals to support holistic care
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to reduce barriers and increase access to services
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case notes and service records.
  • Ensure all services and documentation meet OAG standards and reporting requirements.
  • Track client progress toward goals and outcomes in accordance with agency policy.
  • Deliver non-residential services and groups in compliance with OAG standards.
