About The Position

Ability to provide Sleep Studies to Adults, Pediatric, and Neonatal patients while working with minimal supervision to perform and score standard and complex Sleep Studies. Serve as a member of the Sleep Center directly or in directly affect change within the department and encourage competent care, develop individualized intervention, and enhance polysomnography skills. Requirements

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Complete a minimum of 18 months of clinical experience where the duties performed are primarily polysomnography, OR
  • Complete a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience where the duties performed are primarily polysomnography, and the applicant holds a credential in an allied health field accepted by the BRPT (e.g., nursing, respiratory care, electroneurodiagnostics). Applicants must submit a copy of a certificate or official correspondence from the credentialing agency with their application.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework/Training: Successful completion of an accredited course in polysomnographic testing.
  • Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • PALS and NRP Training upon hire.
  • 1 year of experience in hospital setting or an allied health field.
