About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for being the subject matter expert in terms of internal
guidelines and investor guidelines
Responsible for fielding complex scenarios and assisting with lending
solution suggestions
Work in collaboration with Underwriting, Investors, Compliance, Sales, and
Operations
Serve as a liaison between branches (LO, LOA, Processor) and investors
Accurately provide investor replies
Collaborate with Delivery & Post-Closing to ensure post-closing issues are
resolved
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
with internal and external partners.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of mortgage related experience preferred.
1+ year of NonQM knowledge preferred.
Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
Experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint, SharePoint).

This position is available as a Remote position.

Pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
