About The Position

The Marketing Intern will gain experience within the Wedgwood Advancement Department in various marketing, public relations, advancement, and administrative tasks. This internship is designed for students who are looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting while contributing to the mission of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Interns must be currently enrolled at an accredited institution in an applicable field (marketing, public relations, sales, advancement, business, or a related field)

Responsibilities

• Content curation for social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram)
• Finding relevant articles
• Taking photos of campus and happenings around campus
• Attending campus events such as trainings, celebrations, client events, etc.
• Creating original posts
• Producing videos for the 'Why Wedgwood Series'
• Preparing marketing materials
• Printing and folding pieces as needed
• Providing general advancement support
• Assisting with event set-up and support
• Offering administrative support
