About The Position

HomeWell Care Services is a trusted, locally owned home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and professional in-home support to seniors in the Northwest Valley. Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and caring Non-Medical Caregivers with at least 1 year of experience in senior in-home care. If you are passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable at home, we want to meet you.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of senior in-home care experience
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Recent TB test or ability to provide results

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and provide grocery assistance
• Support dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and fall-prevention
• Provide transportation for errands/appointments
• Document shifts accurately and communicate updates to office staff
