Requirements

  • Sales experience in telesales, inside sales, or other customer-facing roles is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Strong phone presence, clear communication, and the ability to quickly build trust.
  • Coachable, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and following structured sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and persistent in following up with leads.
  • No license required—training and support provided.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound leads to engage prospects and close sales.
  • Qualify leads, manage objections, and follow a consultative sales process.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records in the CRM after each interaction.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and quality.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, role-plays, and peer shadowing to enhance your skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve scripts, processes, and conversion rates.
  • Develop your career path into senior sales or leadership roles.
