Requirements

  • Board certified/ Board eligible in Cardiology
  • Board certified/ Board eligible in Echocardiography
  • Board certified/ Board eligible in Cardiac MRI, CT, Nuclear (optional)
  • Florida License required
  • Strong interest in clinical research and medical education encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Join the full-time academic faculty as a board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist with level II-III expertise in Interventional Echocardiography.
  • Practice will include 60% interventional planning and procedural imaging and 40% clinical outpatient work.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary valve clinic.
  • Participate in and support transcatheter interventions such as TAVR, Watchman, mitral and tricuspid valve repair/replacement, and paravalvular leak closures.
  • Engage in clinical practice, research, and teaching.
