Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an outstanding board-certified /board-eligible cardiologist with advanced fellowship training in heart failure to join a strong and well-established cardiology team in Mission Viejo, California. We are looking for an individual to focus on in-patient and out-patient management of acute and chronic congestive heart failure as well as ICU management of cardiogenic shock. This position will blend hospital and ambulatory management of heart failure combined with general cardiology responsibilities. In collaboration with Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo, the position includes medical directorship responsibilities, fostering alignment between outpatient services and hospital-based care. Physicians can count on a supportive group of 14 Cardiologists as well as APPs with a mix of experience and expertise offering mentorship and collaboration. Full-time Non-Invasive Heart Failure Cardiologist Monday to Friday with flexibility working around call schedule. Position is a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with additional support for managing critical Heart Failure patients in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) in collaboration with cardiac surgeons and Intensivists. Supporting Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo which is within walking distance of the clinic. Experience is preferred with board certification; however new graduates may be considered. Compensation is between $499,567 and $678,412 per year. _The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
