About The Position

Directs all activities within an organized department for the purpose of delivery of optimal patient care in a therapeutic and cost-effective manner. Assists with human resources management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring. Is accountable for department on a 24-hour basis. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

Requirements

• For RNs, an associate's degree in nursing.
• For Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers, an associate's degree in a relevant healthcare field.
• For RN - 5 years of RN experience.
• For Diagnostic Sonographer - 5 years of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography experience.
• For RN - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• For Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
