About The Position

Atria Heart is a dynamic and thriving physician-led cardiology group serving the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. With a dedicated team of 22 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, we are committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered cardiovascular care. Our practice stands out through its focus on compassionate relationships, the use of cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative, collegial environment that supports clinical excellence. We are proud to offer a full spectrum of cardiovascular services, from general cardiology and advanced imaging to interventional procedures and specialized programs in women's heart health and sports cardiology. Clinically integrated with the HonorHealth network, our practice provides seamless, convenient care across multiple locations in Northwest Phoenix and Glendale. As we expand our non-invasive services, we have an immediate opening for two patient-focused Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join our Northwest Phoenix team based at our Glendale and Deer Valley office locations. As a Non-Invasive Cardiologist at Atria Heart, you will play a key role in our expanding practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who excels in a collaborative setting and values strong patient and colleague relationships. You will provide a broad range of non-invasive services and have the unique chance to develop a subspecialty niche based on your interests and expertise.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship program.
  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Cardiovascular Medicine.

Nice To Haves

  • Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Echocardiography.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic & Interpretive Expertise: Perform and interpret a comprehensive range of non-invasive tests, including echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, cardiac CT, TEE, and more.
  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct in-depth patient consultations, manage complex cases, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Subspecialty Development: Leverage your specific training and clinical interests to help build and grow specialized services within the practice.
  • Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a robust clinical team, including advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff, in both clinic and hospital settings.
  • Balanced Call Schedule: Participate in a reasonable and shared call schedule, with a typical rotation of 1:8 weekends and 1:10 weeknights, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Hospital Relations: Maintain and foster strong, positive relationships with affiliated hospitals within the HonorHealth network.
  • Quality & Satisfaction: Actively contribute to a practice-wide culture dedicated to achieving exceptional patient satisfaction and superior clinical outcomes.
