About The Position

General Non-Invasive Cardiologist - Pahrump, NV When you join us, you'll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of 'helping people live the healthiest lives possible.' As a Cardiology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide patient care at our Pahrump Clinic where you will work to build a relationship within the community. This position includes a sign-on bonus up to $30,000.00, Hero Stipend $25,000.00, and a relocation allowance up to $20,000.00 if applicable. You will practice the Pahrump, Nevada Services provided on site: echocardiography, physical examinations, diagnosis, and care plans Monday- Friday from 7:30 am - 5 pm is the work schedule. Daily patient consensus is 20, patient population is adult only, predominantly 65 years and older. You would join an established cardiology team, APPs, RNs, and MAs. Work-life balance through reasonable call, weekend, and rounding schedule.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Cardiology.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Familiarity with the local community and healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at the Pahrump Clinic.
• Build relationships within the community.
• Perform echocardiography, physical examinations, diagnosis, and care plans.
• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 20 patients.
• Work collaboratively with an established cardiology team.
