Non-Ferrous Scale Clerk
About The Position
This position identifies and receives inbound non-ferrous metals to be recycled from the general public. This process is done by weighing material, inputting the correct commodity code into the system and then putting the material in its proper location. ABOUT THE JOB: Provide great customer service at our retail scale by providing prompt service, weighing material and properly inspecting & identifying material. Correctly enter customer and product information into our system. Complete and process customer’s transaction to issue appropriate payment Learn and operate machines (forklift, balers, shaker table, etc.) to help with the recycling process. Work in a warehouse type environment subject to the elements. ABOUT YOU: Job Seekers with a background in Warehouse, Equipment Operation, Customer Service, Construction, Retail, Customer Facing, computer work, etc. will do well in this position.
