Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
• Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
• Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
• Willingness to complete required training and certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Compassionate and caring personality

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, social outings, and essential errands
• Offer friendly, reliable assistance during pick-up, transport, and drop-off
• Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the ride
• Maintain communication with dispatch and follow daily schedules
• Keep vehicle clean, safe, and in good condition
