About The Position
Packs Transport is seeking dedicated Transport Drivers to join our team in Spokane, WA. As a small business, we pride ourselves on our professional and customer-centric approach, aiming to provide reliable transportation for patients to their medical and behavioral appointments. Our drivers play a crucial role in ensuring that patients arrive safely and on time, adhering to all safety guidelines throughout the transport process. We are looking for individuals who are not only reliable and punctual but also possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The position offers flexible working hours, allowing for both part-time and full-time opportunities. Drivers will receive on-the-job training to ensure they are well-prepared for their responsibilities. Our work environment is casual and relaxed, with a focus on teamwork and communication. We provide the vehicle, insurance, and gas, allowing our drivers to focus on delivering excellent service to our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily pre-trip inspections, assisting patients to and from the vehicle, and maintaining clear communication with the dispatch team. At the end of each shift, you will conduct post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe for the next driver. We value a positive attitude and teamwork, as our drivers often work closely with each other and the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.
