About The Position

You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Control Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location with this onsite role. In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance processes by identifying defects and ensuring that our products meet stringent safety and performance standards. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

At least three (3) years of experience in non-destructive testing.
Strong knowledge of NDT methods and techniques, including ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing.
Experience in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software for data analysis and reporting.
Certification in NDT methods as per industry standards (e.g., ASNT Level III).
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience leading NDT projects and mentoring junior technicians.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
