About The Position

Non Certified Nursing Assistant/ Non State Tested Nursing Assistant Legacy Village-Assisted Living Facility Full Time Location Address: Legacy Village-Assisted Living Facility - Xenia, OH Work Type: Full – Time OR Part - Time Shift: 3rd shift [ 11pm - 7am] Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. OR Manager is open to this position being PT [ 11pm – 7am] Every Monday and Friday and every other weekend. Shift differential for aides is $2.25 throughout the week on 2nd and 3rd shift and then starting Friday at 3p until Monday at 7a all shifts get $2.95 on hour National Church Residences serves more than 46,000 seniors through our array of housing and health care services. Where You’ll Work: Legacy Village offers a warm and caring senior living experience in Xenia, Ohio, just east of Dayton. Residents enjoy independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite care in a family-oriented community that fosters friendships, honors traditions, and supports purposeful living. What You’ll Own: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support. Provide restorative care such as range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and bowel and bladder training. Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms and common areas, performing daily and deep cleaning as needed. Prepare residents for meals, assist with feeding, and monitor food and fluid intake. Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs, call lights, and concerns. Accurately document resident information in the electronic medical record system. Assist nurses with vital signs, weights, admissions, and other clinical or administrative tasks as assigned. Uphold resident rights, ensuring care is provided with respect, dignity, and confidentiality. Follow safety, compliance, and infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and universal precautions. Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and management. Support team collaboration, participate in problem-solving, and contribute to a positive, professional culture. Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth operations of the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety procedures, and resident care standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to use basic technology for documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with National Church Residences’ motor vehicle policy.
• Provide direct care with compassion, professionalism, and respect for resident rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and service providers.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, corporate policies, and safety practices.

• Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.
