Requirements

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
Documenting the care that was provided
Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
