Requirements

must be 18 years or older

ability to remain observant and detail-oriented
successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements

Responsibilities

assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and mobility needs
provide encouragement and emotional support
help residents move safely in and out of bed, chairs or wheelchairs
escort or transport residents to appointments and activities
observe, monitor and report changes in health, behavior or needs
document care provided and follow established protocols
attend ongoing educational in-services
