About The Position

The Non CDL Driver will operate a Sweeper Truck at commercial shopping centers and retail centers, performing tasks such as emptying trash cans, blowing off walk areas, and cleaning parking areas. This role requires independent work with a focus on safety and efficiency while navigating traffic and managing scheduled routes.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Good Driving Record
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Proper work attire including pants, a long-sleeve shirt, and work boots.

Responsibilities

• Operate Parking Lot Sweeper equipment and inspect it daily for safe operation.
• Complete assigned routes independently without direct supervision.
• Work outside to sweep shopping plazas and store parking lots, using a leaf blower and changing trash bags.
• Walk 3-4 miles during a shift while performing cleaning duties.
• Review scheduled routes and proactively seek clarification if needed.
