Requirements

• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of driving experience.
• Experience with basic furniture assembly.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to manage time appropriately to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Start the day with a pre-trip inspection before heading out on the route.
• Deliver and install furniture to customer specifications.
• Build strong relationships through excellent service.
• Ensure each delivery is completed safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors.
• Deliver and place bulk supply items to customers.
• Navigate varying weather conditions.
• Represent W.B. Mason to valued customers.
