About The Position

We are seeking Non-CDL Drivers for a direct hire position in Cincinnati, OH. This role offers immediate benefits and weekly pay, with a pay rate ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, and overtime pay after 40 hours. The work schedule is from Wednesday to Saturday, with an average start time between noon and 2 PM, and shifts lasting 10 hours. Drivers will operate a 26' refrigerated box truck, delivering fresh freight such as donuts to retail stores within a 50-mile radius, averaging 13 stops per day. The driver will be responsible for unloading using a 2-wheel dolly and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Good customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Requirements

• Valid Driver License
• 1 year of non-CDL driving experience in the last 3 years
• Current DOT medical card
• Pass a non-DOT drug screen

Responsibilities
