Requirements

• Drivers : Age 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years
• Good driving record
• Box truck driving experience is a plus, but we will train you
• Ability to lead a 2-6 man team.
• Drivers & Movers : Pass a strict background check
• Live within 40 minutes of Addison (75001)
• Strong, physically fit , able to lift up to 100+ lbs repeatedly, 200 pounds independently up and down stairs, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members throughout an 8+ hour day
• Availability to work full time, 4+days/week
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Professional, customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Drive(drivers) and/or work on a 26ft non-CDL box truck crew to customer’s homes
• Pack, wrap, load, and unload household goods I.E. furniture & boxes
• Disassemble/reassemble furniture
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly work environment
• Lead or work with a 2–6 person crew.
• Deliver excellent customer service every time.
