What You’ll Do Equipment Delivery (90%) Safely operate a Ford F550 (under 26,000 lbs. GVW) in compliance with DOT and state laws Deliver and pick up a variety of tools and equipment (hand tools, scissor lifts, mini excavators, etc.) Complete up to 15 deliveries per day across a territory from Wenatchee to Everett Load/unload equipment using safe handling procedures Secure loads with proper chaining, strapping, and blocking Customer Service & Communication Represent Total Rentals professionally on job sites and military bases Provide clear updates to dispatch and branch management Deliver accurate paperwork and maintain delivery/pickup documentation Basic Maintenance & Support (10%) Perform routine checks and light repairs (oil changes, battery swaps, tire checks) Report equipment or vehicle issues promptly to the Shop Manager Support branch operations as needed to keep equipment ready for customers What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license in good standing (Non-CDL required) Ability to pass a background check for access to military bases 1+ year of driving or delivery experience preferred Mechanical aptitude for light maintenance tasks Basic computer skills for paperwork and reporting Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, flexible, and motivated to get the job done Ability to lift 40 lbs. and safely navigate job sites Why You’ll Love Working Here Full benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, and Life Insurance Team culture guided by our values: We care about people We are servant leaders We do things right We do right things Work with a supportive team that values reliability, accountability, and safety Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity. Requirements

Valid driver’s license in good standing (Non-CDL required)
