About The Position
Position Purpose: The main purpose of this position is to transport staff, guests, and students utilizing a 15-passenger shuttle bus and/or ministry vehicle. Essential Duties: Drive a shuttle bus or ministry vehicle from Woodland Park to Denver International Airport and back. Pick up, load, and deliver packages, supplies, product, and/or merchandise between campuses. Ensure load is safe and secure. Follow all traffic laws. Complete all driver pre-trip and post-trip inspections and paperwork. Maintain all required driver qualifications. Report any vehicle malfunctions through the ministrys vehicle management program. Help maintain cleanliness of all vehicles. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer relation skills
- Safe driving recordable to meet ministry insurance requirements
- Able to communicate effectively with passengers with discretion
- Able to work weekends and nights
- Able to work bible college conference events and performances
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office programs
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Must sign Statement of Faith
- Has reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred
- 15 passenger shuttle bus experience is preferred but not necessary.
