Our Ethridge, TN branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Workers to grow with us. Position: Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Worker This role involves driving approximately 40% of the time and assisting in the warehouse 60% of the time. If you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, CRBS wants you on our team! Candidate must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 19 years
- General knowledge of building industry products
- Map reading and navigation skills
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops)
- Good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Operate forklifts (experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver and unload materials to multiple sites safely
- Pull, load, and organize warehouse stock
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse operations
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs.

- Maintain a clean driving record and follow company safety policies
