About The Position

We are currently on the lookout for experienced Driver's to join our elite team in Saint Petersburg, Florida. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Transdev is proud to offer: $16/hr. Starting wage. Benefits include: Vacation: two (2) weeks paid, Holidays: 6 days. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of driving experience.
  • No more than seven points assessed on driving record in the past forty-eight months.
  • Live in Pinellas County.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Have availability to work assigned shifts.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy to all riders.
  • Have a safety-first mindset, operate our vehicles with safety and efficiency always.
  • Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
  • Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
  • Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
  • Other duties as required.
