About The Position

As a driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless moving experience. Your responsibilities will include driving a box truck, disassembling and reassembling furniture, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, willing to learn, and eager to share their knowledge with others.

Requirements

• Valid Class C license with clean driving record
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers, employees, and vendors
• Ability to climb stairs daily
• Ability to move furniture and lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to supervise and lead
• Must successfully pass a background check
• High school or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive a Box truck with the ability to tow a trailer
• Disassemble & reassemble furniture, client items, etc. by using basic hand tools
• Successfully load trucks and containers with household goods
• Careful packing of items to ensure safe transportation during the move
• Attention to detail and proactive mitigation of damage and risk to client's homes and belongings
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Be coachable and willing to learn, as well as share knowledge and experience with others
