The Warehouse and Driver positions are responsible for ensuring that material is readily available to send to customers. These positions must accurately and safely receive and store materials, as well as picking and packing orders for pickup and delivery to customers, maintaining Coburn's exceptional standard of customer service.

  • Receive all physical items and match them to the packing slip, checking in materials within the same day with no injuries, near misses, or damaged products.
  • Safely place incoming materials in the proper location (bin/shelf) on the same day they arrive for easy access by future pullers.
  • Pick/pull the correct material in a timely and safe manner, staging it in the appropriate area with no injuries, near misses, or damaged products.
  • Prepare the correct material for delivery in a timely manner by gathering and staging it along with the Packing Slip or Confirmed Transfer, ensuring no injuries, accidents, or damage to the product.
  • Deliver orders accurately and timely to the correct customer location in a safe manner while maintaining Coburn's exceptional level of customer service, with no injuries, accidents, near misses, or damaged material.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred OR 2 years of experience in related industry.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead.
  • Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel to Coburn's customer and company branch locations.
  • Experience operating forklifts and working with tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with variable but moderately high noise levels.
