About The Position

With a legacy of growth through acquisitions and a commitment to excellent service and value, CBW is now one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the U.S. Position Summary: Cooper-Booth is looking for reliable Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Schedule: Monday - Friday, dispatching between 1:00 am - 5:00 am Compensation: Currently at $22 an hour, in 2026 compensation will be on a formula basis, based on the routes you deliver.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift.
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver products to convenience stores.
• Unload trucks using a handcard and food service ramp.
• Handle a variety of totes and cases of product, with some weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols.
