The Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is actively seeking both recent graduates and experienced Nocturnists to join our growing program.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Join a thriving Nocturnist program as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician.
• Work shift hours from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, completing 12 shifts per month including 2 weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).
• Select remaining 8 shifts based on availability and division needs.
• Provide high-value, team-based care with a reasonable patient census.
• Engage in professional development opportunities in academics, research, and leadership.
